The Grand Canal shops and restaurants were fantastic, and the area was beautiful to walk around in. They kept everything well stocked and fresh. The housekeeping staff was wonderful, and I was so happy with how spotless the room always was. I loved that you couldn’t even go near the guest elevators without having a room key. The room was lovely, very clean, and I had a high floor with a great view of the strip and mountains in the background. The location is perfect, and it was very easy to get anywhere on the strip. This hotel was absolutely perfect in every way for my solo trip to Las Vegas!. Some of them offers champagne or prosecco at the check-in or chocolate in the room. and it's easy to find a good coffee machine (Nespresso or equivalent). Most of the 4 or 5 stars hotels where I've been normally offer 1-2 bottles of water in the room (changed every day!). Yes, they have an excellent room service and there are many bars. As a side note, I'd like to say that this is a luxury hotel and it's fine to pay that little extra, but I can't accept that they don't even offer a glass of water or a simple coffee at the arrival. There are so many shops and restaurants that people could spend days in the hotel without going outside!. Pools are wonderful the areas around are really nice. We stayed in a King luxury suite and we are in general fully satisfied (maybe the bath towels could be a bit bigger). San Marco square, Rialto bridge, the Campanile, the Doge's palace, the Bridge of Sighs are beautifully reproduced. I've lived 6 years in Venice and I've to admit what they have created in Las Vegas is incredible!. One last thing, there is a resort fee of approx $51 per night ( inc tax) but it really isn’t worth it based on what you get. Overall, it’s a nice hotel in a central location but not worth the price you pay, I would much prefer to stay in one of the other hotels. At the other bigger pools it is impossible to find a good lounger because they reserve a lot for people who will pay, but nobody seems to take these. It also says there is a charge if you use the fridge for your personal items. You wouldn’t want to use any of this anyway as the price of items is extortionate. A few things to be aware of Mini bar and snack tray - if you so much as touch anything you will be charged. The towels are so small they don’t even wrap around the average adult. You would expect nicer things in your room like big fluffy towels, a robe, slippers and toiletries replaced when needed but you get none of these. Yes it’s lovely internally and the rooms are big but it is not the best experience, especially for the money you pay.
